Can my order disappear in the ordering system?
No. We store every project and quote in the cloud. This way, it will always be available for you when opening the ordering system. You can find all your orders when you log in to your account and click “my orders”.
How long will it take to complete my order?
Our system generates estimated completion times after you accept the project. If you need Ideal Flat Packs delivered by a specific date, contact us [link to contact page] directly to discuss the details.
Can my order be downloaded?
Yes. After accepting your project, we will send you the confirmation email. When you click on the link in this email, you will be sent to your profile on our website. Choose the option “download”, and your project will be saved on your computer.
What if I can’t see the colour or material I want?
When you cannot see the colour that you are after, check the website of the supplier if it is still available. Then you can contact us [link to contact page] to check that we have the colour in stock. Once confirmed, you can proceed with your order.
How do I share my projects?
We love creating flat packs for our clients, but even more so we love to see what you make with your cabinetry when it arrives. Share your finished interiors and join our social network. We would love to feature your designs on our social media channels.
